Winning Strategies

“Life is just an employer he gives you what you ask but once you have set the wages why you must bear the task. “

Nobody wants to be a loser. People not just want to win at contests or competition but at everything in their life to even the minutest factors; winning which is not even relevant. People have become addicted to winning. Listed below are some step wise strategies for winning:
Thomas Edison is credited with the successful invention of light bulb although he failed more than thousand times before he succeeded he never gave up on his dream. Had he done so, the world would have never been as bright as it is today. On an interview Edison said, I have not failed, I have just found 10,000 ways that wont work.

This illustrates the power that exists in human mind. We should unlock our true potential. A recent research suggests that we have utilized less that 5 % of potential of our mind. In those times no one had seen a bulb that glows; it would have been easier for Edison to conclude that his goal was unachievable. Today we know it, it wasn’t. For Edison, believing was the first step.

Our mind is a very bad master. It has the ability to convince us that something is impossible long before we give our best efforts. The mind always seeks for comfort, and if we are not careful and let the mind control us, we will formulate a mental surrender .Those that let they think this way are sure to fail because they stop trying to succeed, they stop believing that they can succeed.

How can you make sure your mind doesn’t get in the way of your dreams?
By believing that there are no limits. Limits just like fear are often just illusions. If Beethoven stopped composing music because he was deaf we would be missing many of the masterpieces of Music.
Mentioned below are some steps for success:

Step 1: Dream big

Step 2: Have utmost faith upon you dream even if no one sees it for you, you must see it for yourself.

Step 3: Visualize yourself celebrating the accomplishment of you dream (It provides you the motivation to work harder for your dream ,this will also convince you to push through any temporary pain you might experience on your way to achieving your dream.)

Step 4: Announce your dream to people of your circle. (As we continually tell it, we begin to believe it more and more)

Step 5: Planning (Failing to plan is planning to fail; Planning is the secret weapon for combating mental obstacles)

Step 6: Working on your dream (because unfortunately successful people are the most hard working people)

Now the real problem here is people don’t really want to work on their dream. Most people don’t want success as much as they want to sleep .They just search for shortcuts to success. My dear friends allow me to remind you that there is no shortcut to success. Success lies at the end of your comfort zone.  Success is not a stroke of luck .Luck favors only those who work hard, who work every day little by little to accomplish their goals. However, everyone else gets lagged down with the urgencies of daily life and fights a constant battle between procrastination and motivation." The key point here is not to get overwhelmed by the idea of success and take things slowly. Moreover, If it is important to you, you will find a way, if not you will find an excuse. No matter how slow you are, as long as you keep moving you will definitely reach there sooner or later.

The Confidence code is another stellar step to success. Once you appear confident, life will definitely take you to great heights. Confident people create a long lasting impression on things and other people; they will have the leadership quality in them and have improved social relations.

Further, Winners have a Growth mindset, they see failure as a way to grow and therefore embrace challenges, persevere against setbacks, learn from criticism, and reach higher levels of achievement. Criticism is way of unsuccessful people demotivating you. Where others saw obstacles, winners see opportunities. A winner knows the obstacles were there Winner simply chooses to ignore them. At first they will ask why you’re doing it, later they will ask how you did it.

Investing in relationships is another important factor for long term success; most of the companies die because they fail to recognize the importance of relationships in business, that on your way to the top, if you fail to recognize your true well wishers there will be no one to support you on your way down.

Being number one in numbers

The journey of being the number one in numbers begins full of energy and passion with the first stepping stone of Chartered Accountancy Education: Common Proficiency Test (CPT); comprising of a mixture of theory and objective questions. Any student who has passed Class 10 examination may register for the Common Proficiency Test. However, a registered student can only appear in CA CPT test after he/she has appeared in the 10+2 examination.

CA IPCC is another milestone in the life of CA student, passing an IPCC Exam requires a sincere level of dedication and hard work, It is a decisive phase which determines whether a student has what it takes to be a Chartered Accountant or not. A student who has passed CPT and 10+2 examination or is a commerce/non commerce graduate may join the Integrated Professional Competence Course. After clearing IPCC, the student will have to complete 100 hours ITT Training to polish their Computer and IT Skills.

Now the three years of mentored work experience under an experienced CA, after passing IPCC or even Group I of IPCC .Articleship demands practical application of theoretical knowledge learned during IPCC and the student gains exposure in various fields during the training.
The concluding phase of the chartered accountancy course: CA Final. A student can enroll for CA Final after passing both groups of IPCC. Students can appear for this exam after completion of 3 years of Practical Training. This examination is considered as one of the toughest examination of the world and is very difficult to crack. With the pass rate as low as 5% on an average, even the most talented students find this examination to be difficult .

Chartered accountants work in fields of accounting, including public, management and government accounting. While specific job duties vary greatly within specific positions, many duties shared between CA's include preparing financial reports and documents, maintaining records of investments, reviewing potential financial and providing professional opinions in regards to the fiscal decisions of the firm.
The salary of an accountant can be highly dependent on the size of the organization and the industry or nation of employment. According to May 2015 BLS salary data, most accountants and auditors earned between $41,400 and $118,930.  Due to the additional education and training requirements of a CA, job prospects for CA's should be better in comparison to their non-chartered counterparts. Many reputed organizations like Deloitte and other reputed Big 4’s as well other reputed organizations have high demands for qualified Chartered Accountants.

The Fury of Mother Nature

Highest among the seven summits, located at the altitude of 8848 meters, The Mount Everest stands atop of the world .It are popularly known as Sagarmatha in Nepal. However, the surprising thing is that no one knew of Everest as the roof of the world until the 19th century.
Even seasoned climbers struggle with this peak. The mountain wasn’t conquered until 29 May 1953, by Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norway using the southeast ridge route. There are two main climbing routes, one approaching the summit from the southeast in Nepal (known as the standard route) and the other from the north in Tibet. The Standard Route is considered as a convenient route however; Everest has an air temperature −17 °C (1 °F) and presents dangers such as altitude sickness, fast and freezing wind of the jet stream, frostbite, Snow Blindness as well as hazards from avalanches and ice fall .
From the base camp at 5270m, the last camp (Camp 4) is at altitude of 7100m. The majority of hiker deaths occur in what is called the "Death Zone" between Camp IV and the summit, due to lack of oxygen above 8000 meters and the use of oxygen tanks becomes a necessity. It’s known as the Death Zone because the body cannot acclimatize on its own here. The body begins to eat itself to survive because there’s no actual food going in. Because of the dangerous and unstable terrain in the Death Zone, many of those who succumb to the conditions remain on the summit as there is no way to safely transport their bodies back down. For adventurers it is a once in a lifetime experience while for the sensible ones it is a Suicide Mission.

The wrath of Mother Nature cannot be avoided, as of 2016; there are well over 200 corpses still on the mountain, with some of them even serving as landmarks. Everest hiking population skyrocketing over the last few years and the amount of deaths and injuries rapidly increasing. Sad and tragic as all that is, it was the choice of the hikers to climb up the mountain. I’m sure they weren’t ignorant enough to think there wasn’t the risk of death or serious injury if something would have happened. As for the dying hiker, yes in our conscience it sounds wrong, but when you are hiking up such a huge mountain in such harsh
terrain, unless you got the equipment and a stroke of luck, there really is nothing they can do unless they want to risk more lives. However, as adventurous as it sounds people should realize the fact that no summit is worth a life. In the verge of wanting to do more, to be more they perish to their deaths.  When people come here, they sure know their risks. But they always want more. But when you met somebody a week ago and now they are no more, it breaks your heart. One should realize that one has to take a calculated risk and strike a balance between the inner call and the call of the mountains. Humans do not think clearly with low oxygen, and the combination of extreme weather, low temperatures, and steep slopes often requires quick, accurate decisions. Hence most of the deaths occur due to making wrong decision at wrong time .Furthermore it has been found that most of the deaths occur in decent rather than in accent .
